Are you waiting for a property, a tenant or own your own property in Salford?
Are you a refugee who has a ‘local’ connection to Salford?
Are you over the age of 16?
If you also:
- Need assistance in applying for benefits or maximising your income
- Need support settling into a new home, contacting utility suppliers, or managing your home
- Need advice on grants available to furnish your home
- Need assistance in managing rent arrears or other debts
- Need support with accessing medical and specialist services, training, education, and leisure activities
- Need support following release from a custodial sentence, or are at risk of re-offending
- Need assistance in finding a suitable property
- Misuse drugs or alcohol
- Are a teenage parent
- Are experiencing domestic abuse
Housing Connections Partnership may be able to offer you support.
What can you expect from them?
- They will meet and assess your support needs
- You will be allocated your own support worker
- You can discuss your support needs
- You will agree a support plan with them, to help you live independently
- If they are unable to support you, they will signpost you to appropriate agencies that can help you
